Yes, air conditioning in every room — living room and bedrooms. During a power cut, the AC stops temporarily, but the WiFi stays active thanks to the inverter.
Is there WiFi? +
Yes, high-speed WiFi with a strong signal throughout the apartment, wherever you are. Even during power outages, WiFi stays on — you can keep working without interruption.
Are there power outages? +
Cotonou experiences occasional outages. During an outage, WiFi stays on thanks to a dedicated inverter — you can keep working. However, lighting and air conditioning will stop until power returns.
How does electricity work? +
Included up to 25 kWh/day (more than enough, air conditioning included). Beyond that, billed at actual cost and stated upfront — no surprises.
Is there hot water? +
Yes, hot water in all bathrooms.
Can I do laundry? +
Yes, the apartment has a washing machine. No dryer needed — Cotonou's climate dries clothes in no time outdoors. Iron and ironing board also available.

How to get around Cotonou? +
Several options: Zem (moto-taxi, 200-500 FCFA/ride), Gozem (ride-hailing app like Uber, 500-2000 FCFA), or a private driver through your host (25,000 FCFA/day, ~€38). Airport transfer is complimentary.
Is the beach nearby? +
Yes, Fidjrossè beach is a 10-minute walk away. Local atmosphere with beach bars. Cautious swimming recommended due to currents.

You receive a code for the smart lock — you can arrive at any time. Your host contacts you before arrival to organize details (complimentary airport transfer, welcome basket).
Where to eat nearby? +
